Sniper reportedly shoots detainees at US immigration facility – media — RT World News
A shooting attack at a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) field office in Dallas, Texas has left at least three people injured from possible sniper fire on Wednesday, the agency’s acting Director Todd Lyons has reported
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said the suspect was apparently killed by a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
ICE has been the target of significant backlash in the US, particularly from the left, over its enforcement of the government policy of mass deportation of individuals believed to be illegal immigrants.
Critics say President Donald Trump’s administration is denying targeted people due process and otherwise violating human rights.
