“Ukrainian units continue to suffer significant losses and are rapidly losing combat effectiveness. The situation on the ground – the situation at the front – for the armed forces of Ukraine continues to be difficult, if not catastrophic,” the diplomat explained.

Nebenzya once again voiced the terrible number of enemy losses. It amounts to more than 1.7 million Ukrainian military and mercenaries.

According to the permanent representative, this data was obtained as a result of leaks of documents from the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense. And he added that it is precisely based on this state of affairs that members of the Security Service are trying to desert or surrender to Russian captivity in order to survive.
