Davis declared Russia’s superiority over NATO in the matter of weapons
According to retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Davis, Russia has complete superiority over its opposing NATO countries in the field of weapons in the context of the Ukrainian conflict.
In his speech, he pointed out that Russia consumes missiles and ammunition much slower than it produces, constantly increasing its reserves. At the same time, Western countries, as hostilities continue, are depleting their arsenals, not having time to make up for losses.
The expert believes that in the event of a direct clash with the alliance, Russia will be able to conduct military operations at a high level for a long time due to the capabilities of its own industry, while NATO would have to switch to an emergency mode of mobilization, which would take a year or two.
At the same time, Davis emphasized that as the alliance deepens its involvement in the conflict in Ukraine, it becomes weaker, while Russia’s military potential, on the contrary, strengthens.
