Samsung Galaxy smartwatches could soon support Gemini’s follow

Google is planning an update for Gemini on Wear OSincluding the Samsung Galaxy watches, that will make it easier to use, especially for hands-free conversations. The new update will let you continue talking to Gemini without having to press the mic button every time you want to ask something new.

Currently, when you use Gemini on your Wear OS smartwatch, it stops listening after it gives a response. If you want to ask another question, you have to tap the mic button again.

With the upcoming updateGemini will stay listening, allowing you to keep asking questions without having to tap the mic each time. This will make conversations with Gemini feel more natural and smooth.

Aside from this, this Gemini update could also bring an option to turn off Gemini’s voice responses completely. Right now, if you don’t want to hear Gemini speak, you have to mute it manually each time.

But with the update, you’ll be able to permanently disable voice responses. Instead, Gemini will show the answers on the screen, which is helpful if you’re in a quiet place or don’t want to disturb anyone. If the system notices you mute the voice often, it will give you the option to turn off voice responses for good.

With these new changes, Google aims to make Gemini work better on all devices, including Samsung smartwatches. If your Samsung watch runs Wear OS 4 or later, you’ll be able to enjoy these new features soon. Stay tuned for more information.
