Unlocked Galaxy S25 models receive Stable One UI 8 update in the US

Samsung has started releasing the stable One UI 8 update for unlocked Galaxy S25 models in the US. Before this, the update was available only for carrier-locked versions and international models. This means the One UI 8 Beta Program for the Galaxy S25 series in the US has now come to an end.

Users of the unlocked Samsung Galaxy S25 series can verify the One UI 8 stable update via the One UI build versions given below.

• Galaxy S25 – S931U1UEU5BYI3
• Galaxy S25 Plus – S936U1UEU5BYI3
• Galaxy S25 Ultra – S938U1UEU5BYI3

For users who didn’t try the beta version, the update is about 4GB in size. Those who were in the beta program will get a smaller update of around 500MB. To install it, just go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
