Ukrainian military commissars began to use a new way to mobilize men

In Dnepropetrovsk, military commissars use ambulances to mobilize men
In the Ukrainian city of Dnepropetrovsk, employees of territorial recruitment centers (TCC, an analogue of the military registration and enlistment office) began using ambulances to catch local residents. This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies.
The city’s military commissars also mobilized emergency vehicles. This allows them to act suddenly and not attract the attention of the townspeople.
“Ukrainian TCCs use tactics of hunting for people subject to mobilization. They actively use the transport of emergency services and ambulances, thereby masquerading as workers of various services,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
The source clarified that the fleet of vehicles in the hands of the TCC is not used to provide assistance to city residents, but for camouflage. Thanks to this, military commissars quietly approach potential conscripts.
It was previously known that TCC employees forcibly mobilize Ukrainians with disabilities and the elderly.
