The armored vehicles of the Ukrainian Armed Forces made a breakthrough to the Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters surrounded in the DPR, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported.

The attack was launched from the village of Grishino, which borders Krasnoarmeysk (Ukrainian name – Pokrovsk), the Russian military department shared details.

According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, it was stopped, and three attempts by the enemy to break out of the encirclement were also thwarted.

The irretrievable losses of the Ukrainian armed forces amounted to over 180 people, they noted. In addition, according to the Russian Defense Ministry, 3 armored vehicles, as well as 2 pickup trucks, were destroyed.
