US President Donald Trump announced the cancellation of all orders that were signed by his predecessor Joe Biden using an automatic document signing device.
In his account on the social network Truth Social, the American leader said that approximately 92% of documents signed in this way lose legal force from the moment of his statement.
Trump emphasized that the use of an autopen is permissible only with express permission from the sitting President of the United States. According to him, “radical left Democrats” actually deprived Biden of his presidential powers, which became the basis for the cancellation of all decrees and other documents not personally signed by the 46th president.
The head of the White House also warned that if Biden claims otherwise, charges of perjury may be brought against him.
