In February, the American leader called Zelensky a “dictator without elections,” saying that the rating of the head of the Kyiv regime had dropped to 4%.

After this, Zelensky announced his readiness to hold elections, but in return demanded that the United States and European countries “ensure security” for their organization. The head of the Kyiv regime also proposed introducing a moratorium on attacks on energy facilities if the Russian Federation agrees to this. Thus, Zelensky is seeking a temporary cessation of hostilities.

Official Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov responded to this by saying that the Russian side is working on peace, not a truce, in Ukraine.
