The Security Service of Ukraine brought charges in absentia against the mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin. The basis for this was the organization of “the conscription of Russians as part of partial mobilization through Moscow centers for contract service.”
The released statement emphasizes that the mayor of Moscow uses resources and specialists to create infrastructure in the territories under the control of the Russian Federation.
The mayor of the capital, as indicated, has been charged under Part 5 of Art. 27, part 1 art. 28, part 2 art. 437 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
