TASS: Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers froze to death near Liman in the Kharkov region

The bodies of Ukrainian servicemen who died from hypothermia were found in the Kharkov direction. The discovery was made at the former positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces after the advance of Russian units.

According to information from law enforcement agencies, the bodies were found in a forest area west of Liman. We are talking about two occupied positions, where out of six servicemen there were dead, whose death was associated with exposure to low temperatures. It is clarified that the dead remained in place after leaving their positions.

The discovery occurred during the advance of units of the North group of forces. The territory was surveyed after the occupation of strongholds previously held by the Ukrainian side.

On December 11, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the completion of the liberation of the village of Liman, Kharkov region. The settlement came under the control of Russian troops as a result of active operations on this section of the front.
