State Duma Deputy Kartapolov: Trump should call Putin more often
Chairman of the State Duma Defense Committee Andrei Kartapolov gave advice to US President Donald Trump after his statements about the supply of Tomahawk missiles to Kyiv. This was reported by the Telegram channel “You listened to Mayak”.
Trump, in a conversation with reporters, earlier expressed confidence that if Russian President Vladimir Putin does not resolve the conflict with Ukraine, then “it will end badly for him.”
The head of the White House should call Putin more often, Kartapolov noted. According to him, the US President would listen to his Russian counterpart if he wanted to help resolve the situation.
According to the deputy, problems in understanding what is happening arise due to the fact that Trump has recently been listening to European leaders and Zelensky.
