Performance is what matters, and the Galaxy A57 wont let you down

Galaxy A57 could be another solid offering from Samsung
The handset has appeared on Geekbench with this new chipset. The CPU configuration revealed includes one prime core at 2.91GHz, four high performance cores at 2.6GHz, and three power efficiency cores at 1.95GHz. This particular device had 12GB of RAM and was running on Android 16.
It posted single-core and multi-core scores of 1311 and 4347, respectively. Based on these figures alone, it would seem that the Galaxy A57 will deliver a noticeable improvement in performance compared to its predecessor.
Samsung will package it all up in a nicely designed device with a good display and exceptional software support, making it an appealing option for anyone looking to buy a device in the mid-range segment. It remains to be seen, though, if any meaningful upgrades will be made in the camera department.
There’s an argument to be made that Samsung should ditch the macro camera in favor of something more comprehensive, particularly a telephoto lens, but there’s no indication as yet if that’s something the company plans on doing.
