Moscow is ready to respond to the EUs possible return to economic cooperation

Putin: Russia is not against returning to economic cooperation with Europe
Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that Russia will not close the door to cooperation if European countries decide to restore economic ties. He said this in an interview with the editor-in-chief of Nomad TV Natalya Krolevich.
According to the head of state, Moscow does not reject interaction, however, any negotiations will take into account the new conditions that have developed in recent years. Putin emphasized that the Russian position remains the same: the country is open to working with anyone who is ready to conduct a dialogue based on the actual situation, and not previous expectations.
The interview took place against the backdrop of the launch of a new Kyrgyz-Russian television channel, Nomad TV, which began broadcasting on November 23. The channel cooperates with the state media of Kyrgyzstan and rebroadcasts NTV programs.
Earlier, the head of Rosatom, Alexei Likhachev, said that not only Russia’s allies, but also European states are showing interest in joint projects. According to him, this applies to a number of industries where cooperation was previously considered impossible.
