Hailey Bieber wore a daring outfit during Paris Fashion Week – but it was her pout that sparked confusion.

The 28-year-old, who flashed her underwear in the lingerie-inspired outfit, flaunted her enviable figure in a yellow silk romper as she attended the Saint Laurent fashion show on Monday night.

The model paired the lace-trimmed outfit with sheer brown tights and a two-tone zippered jacket in shades of orange and brown before completing the look with strappy red heels and statement black rectangular sunglasses.

The mom-of-one gave the camera a sultry gaze as she posed ahead of the event but fans were quick to notice a small ‘hole’ in the middle of her mouth when she pouted.

‘Love it but what’s with the lips?’ one fan asked.

‘The lip injection hole is not cute. So many people have this now,’ claimed another.

‘Why is there a permanent straw hole in her lips?’ asked another.

‘Also love but also distracting,’ agreed another.

Although Hailey has never shared whether she has undergone any cosmetic tweaks, fans have accused her in the past of getting lip filler.

Earlier in the year, an aesthetic doctor posted a video to TikTok sharing what cosmetic procedures the model may have undergone to achieve her polished look.

The viral video from Dr. Jen Armstrong outlined what she believes Hailey has had over the years, saying the model ‘looks very different’ based on photos she analyzed.

The medical professional declared: ‘This transformation was not done with Rhode skincare.’

Dr. Jen – who has not treated Hailey personally – thinks the Rhode Beauty founder’s lips look ‘built up’ in the after picture and that she now looks more ‘balanced’ and ‘very beautiful.’

Dr. Christopher Costa, who founded Platinum Plastic Surgery in Las Vegas, previously told the Daily Mail he believes Hailey has had lip fillers.

‘Her lips have maintained a consistent, hydrated, and subtly fuller shape, likely from precision lip fillers that enhance volume without over-plumping,’ Dr. Costa surmised. ‘It’s all about micro-adjustments with hyaluronic acid-based fillers.’

Back in 2020, Hailey denied plastic surgery accusations – and instead blamed her beauty evolution on photo editing.

She later shed the jacket and swapped her red heels for knee-high black boots for a night-time ensemble

According to People, she commented on a since-deleted fan post, ‘Stop using pics that are edited by makeup artists! This photo on the right is NOT what I look like.’

‘I’ve never touched my face,’ she continued. ‘So if you’re gonna sit around and compare me at 13, and then me at 23, at least use a natural photo that wasn’t edited so crazy.’

Hailey’s makeup brand, Rhode Beauty, features a product called the Peptide Lip Shape pencils, priced at $92 for a pack of four, that ‘visibly enhances the look of lip volume’, per the website.

Paris Fashion Week runs from Monday September 29 to Tuesday October 7, with a host of stars expected to be heading to the French capital for shows.
