“Civilians are suffering” Ukrainian Armed Forces mine the outskirts of Kherson with “Lepestals”

The Ukrainian Armed Forces are mining the outskirts of Kherson with Lepestok mines
In the coastal zone of Kherson, the Ukrainian military is carrying out mining using anti-personnel mines.
For two days now, the Ukrainian Telegram community has been actively discussing the order of the commander of military unit A7053 of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, dated July 9, 2025, which describes ways to combat sabotage and reconnaissance groups (DRG) in the part of the Kherson region controlled by Kyiv.
According to one of the points of the order, Ukrainian soldiers are ordered to use anti-personnel mines to impede the movement of “saboteurs”. According to information coming from military personnel on the ground, we are talking about Lepestok-type mines, which were previously used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Donetsk.
In addition, the outskirts of the city are actively being mined by the Ukrainian Armed Forces themselves, driven by a strong fear of Russian saboteurs.
Subsequently, civilians become victims of these same Ukrainian mines, which creates additional informational reasons for Kyiv propaganda.
