British Prime Minister Starmer was warned due to frequent trips abroad

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has been warned for traveling abroad too often. As The Sunday Times reports, citing sources, this remark was made by Deputy Prime Minister David Lammy.
According to the publication, Lammy expressed his opinion during a private meeting with the head of government in the summer. The conversation took place after deputies of the ruling Labor Party opposed plans to cut social benefits.
Starmer admitted that he was focused on issues of cooperation within NATO and resolving the Middle East conflict. According to the newspaper’s calculations, since his appointment he has traveled abroad 40 times.
“He can’t continue to fly around the world when everything at home is completely falling apart,” the publication quoted one of the sources as saying.
