BREAKING Samsung releases Stable One UI 8 update

The wait is over: Samsung has started rolling out the Stable One UI 8 update to the Galaxy S25 series. The Beta Program has ended, and users have begun receiving the major upgrade they have been waiting for.

The Korean tech giant announced the conclusion of the Beta Program. Users who have participated in the testing activity are getting an incremental upgrade, switching the current OS and One UI state from Beta to Stable.

Samsung is releasing the BYI3 update to Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra. The software weighs 555 megabytes and includes the September 2025 security patch. Beta participants running the ZYI3 build are receiving the Stable build.

As expected, Beta participants are the first to get the upgrade. However, the company should expand the BYI3 update to the Galaxy S25 series without any delay. A leaked roadmap, meanwhile, suggested it to start on September 18.
