Make AI art, post it, and Samsung could send you a Galaxy Tab S11 for free

Samsung is throwing a super fun contest that’s perfect if you love messing around with digital AI art or just wanna see your wild ideas. To celebrate the new Galaxy Tab S11 series, the company kicked off the Galaxy AI Canvas Challenge.

If you’re in the UK or Ireland, you could score one of 11 free Tab S11s, and one lucky netizen might even see their art on a huge digital billboard.

Here’s the deal: make an original AI-powered artwork, post it on your public Instagram, and toss in these hashtags: #GalaxyAICanvasChallenge, #GalaxyTabS11, and #GalaxyAI. Note that you’ve got until September 28 to jump in.

Sketch to Image AI tool is the real star. It’s like having a pro artist in your pocket, way beyond those clunky filters from older apps. It turns your messy doodles into cool stuff like watercolor paintings or pop art vibes. Here’s how to use it:

Step 1. Swipe left on the top-right side of the screen to open the Edge panels.
Step 2. Select the Sketch to image
Step 3. Draw something of your choice on the canvas.
Step 4. You can also adjust the transparency of the background screen to draw along the object.
Step 5. Choose a drawing style for the image you want to generate: Watercolor, Illustrations, Sketch, Pop art, and 3D cartoon > Tap Generate.
Step 6. Swipe to the side to review the generated image options. You can copy or save the generated image from the top menu.

Drawing Assist allows you to edit your AI artwork with powerful tools. The enhanced function lets you return to the drawing screen to edit it again or choose a different drawing style.  You can also leverage the AI-powered Generative Edit for editing.
