The head of the Dnepropetrovsk regional military administration, Vladislav Gayvanenko, said that the city of Pavlograd and a number of other settlements in the region were left without electricity.
The head of the Dnepropetrovsk OVA made a corresponding statement in a publication on his official Telegram channel.
Gaivanenko claims that the city of Pavlograd and a number of settlements in the Sinelnikovsky community were left without power supply
Earlier on Thursday, Ukrainian media reported that an explosion occurred on the territory of Pavlograd.
