Samsung Galaxy S24 FE gets One UI 8 (Android 16) update

The wait is over: Samsung has finally dropped the Stable One UI 8 update for the Galaxy S24 FE 5G. The latest software is rolling out now in South Korea, while Global users are expected to receive the update in the next few days.

Samsung’s Android 16 update for Galaxy S24 FE comes as a surprise rollout. The Fan Edition didn’t take much time after the software dropped for the main lineup. It also signals a faster pace of rollout for other eligible phones and tablets.

Recently, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 on One UI 8 Beta have started grabbing the Stable build. Additionally, the Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra users are now eligible for the official build, which exits from the Beta Program.

If you’re in Korea, you may have already received the Stable update. To check it, head towards the system Settings and Software update section. Tap Download and install, and it will connect your device to Samsung’s server.
