Samsung Galaxy S24 family’s Stable One UI 8 update is now available in Europe

Samsung has just dropped the Stable One UI 8 update in Europe for the Galaxy S24 series. Starting in Germany, the latest software will soon spread across European markets. We’re expecting expansion to India and the US as well.

Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra users on One UI 8 Beta are getting the Stable update in Europe. The official version can be identified by the PDA build number ending with CYI7and it carries the September 2025 security patch.

Don’t worry, Samsung won’t make you wait much if you’ve skipped the Beta Program. The official version will soon be there for downloads. You can check for the latest software through Settings > Software update > Download and install.

Earlier this week, Samsung released the update for the Galaxy S24 series in South Korea. Based on the Brazilian roadmapit was highly anticipated to be available in the Global market today, and Samsung didn’t disappoint.

What’s new

One UI 8 is a solid upgrade for those upgrading from One UI 7. It retains the user interface with beneficial refinements. Stock apps are redesigned to streamline accessibility so Galaxy users can make the most out of them.

Big features like Now Brief, which didn’t arrive in One UI 7, are finally available. Samsung has now optimized Now Brief and the enhanced Audio Eraser for last-gen flagship phones and foldables, rolling out with Stable One UI 8.

The camera app now has a more productive layout to help you navigate. The Best Face feature is integrated, so your group photos stand out. You can also grab the new Gallery Assistant app to unlock some useful features.

As Good Lock is now available globally, I recommend you try out the new Home Up app. It offers deep gesture and app-opening animation tuning. You can get it for free from Google’s Play Store apart from the Galaxy Store.
