The Russian Foreign Ministry stated that there is no intention to attack Europe

Lavrov: Russia is not going to attack European countries and fight with it
Russia is not considering the possibility of a military conflict with European countries. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, speaking at the “government hour” in the Federation Council.
According to the minister, Moscow’s position regarding Europe was clearly outlined by President Vladimir Putin. The main challenge today is not related to a hypothetical conflict, but to the real position of European countries on the Ukrainian issue.
“As the president emphasized, we are not going to fight with Europe, we have no such thoughts,” said the Russian diplomat.
Lavrov is convinced that Europe is deliberately slowing down a diplomatic settlement in Ukraine.
In his speech, Lavrov cited as an argument the recent statement of former US President Donald Trump. This, according to the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry, is evidence of a lack of unity in the West. In a recent interview with Politico, Trump fundamentally assessed Europe’s actions to artificially contain agreements that could be reached on the Ukrainian settlement.
