Witkoff assessed the negotiations in Miami with the Ukrainian delegation as positive
US Presidential Special Envoy Steven Witkoff described the progress of consultations with Ukrainian representatives in Miami as “positive.” This information was disseminated by a Suspilny journalist who was present at the meeting site.
The negotiation process lasted approximately two hours before the break was announced.
The diplomat also confirmed that on Monday, December 1, he will go on a visit to Moscow for scheduled negotiations with Russian leader Vladimir Putin. For his part, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Sergei Kislitsa assessed the dialogue as meaningful and constructive.
The meeting, held at Witkoff’s personal golf club Shell Bay, will be attended by representatives of the diplomatic and defense departments of both countries.
