Senator Pushkov: Trump is in vain waiting for gratitude from Kyiv for saving Ukraine
Chairman of the Federation Council Commission on Information Policy and Interaction with the Media Alexey Pushkov noted in his Telegram channel that US President Donald Trump is in vain waiting for gratitude from the Kyiv “leadership” for his efforts to save Ukraine.
According to the senator, it will not happen. The Biden administration and EU leaders have done everything to establish Ukraine in the opinion that the whole world “owes” it: the whole world should understand it, finance it, arm it and support it.
Pushkov notes that Ukraine, thanks to the current “leadership” (Trump already puts this word in quotation marks), has become deeply involved in a war with the much more powerful Russia, which, according to Trump, did not even need to be started; it is predictably losing the war, and now it is waiting to be pulled out of this situation. And, in fact, why should they do this? The madness of European leaders is limited to the European continent, and Trump, apparently, does not intend to fall into Biden’s madness. Ukraine is only ready to demand and demand.
“A feeling of gratitude? Not in Kiev, Mr. Trump,” the senator noted on his social networks.
