Nikki Exotika has sparked concern for her health after claims she suffered ‘excessive bleeding’ during a ‘complicated surgery.’
The 90 Day Fiancé star, 49, is said to have ‘refused a blood transfusion’ prior to the surgery and is now recovering in hospital although remains ‘weak.’
Reports of Nikki’s ill health have been made by her friend Mike, who revealed to her 1.4 million followers on social media that she is ‘not doing well.’
In a statement alongside a photograph of Nikki hooked up to hospital equipment, he said: ‘Nicole had a very complicated surgery today and had excessive bleeding.
‘She’s in recovery now but very weak, she refused a blood transfusion prior to surgery.
‘They are monitoring her overnight at the hospital. I will be taking care of her, I’ll be giving more updates on her progress as time passes.’
In a second post, Mike claimed that Nikki’s blood pressure ‘keeps dropping’ and that he is ‘praying’ she makes a recovery.
He said: ‘Nicole is not doing well. I’ve already spoken to her mom as she left me her number to contact her once she was in recovery. Her blood pressure keeps dropping.

‘Waiting on doctors to give me more answers.
‘The only explanation I received was that her blood was very thin which caused her excessive bleeding during surgery and blood pressure keeps dropping to a concerning level to be kept overnight under analysis.’
Mike added that Nikki was ‘very weak.’
‘She refused a blood transfusion,’ he continued.
‘Her family and I are very worried.
‘Right now we are just praying she will pull through.’
Nikki, who is a transgender woman, has spent over $1 million on cosmetic surgery over the years, including breast implants, rhinoplasty, and calf implants.
‘I’ve had over a million dollars of surgery, I only did the calculation recently and struggled to remember everything I’ve done to myself,’ she told Daily Mail in 2017.
