The Liverpool star directs a warning to the Reds administration regarding Salah

The former German international player considered that Salah began to show indicators of his decline in his age with age, stressing that Alexander Isac to “Anfield” will not improve Salah’s goal contributions.

Isac joined Liverpool last August from Newcastle United for 125 million pounds, becoming the most expensive deal in the history of British transfer.

Since his arrival, the Swedish striker is focusing on restoring his physical fitness after he was forced to train away from the first team of Newcastle during the pre -season, as he sought to join Liverpool.

Issak scored his first goal with Liverpool last week in the team’s victory over Southampton in the League Cup, and it is expected that the offensive line against Chelsea will lead next Saturday, especially with doubts about the readiness of French striker Hugo Iteteke.

For his part, Salah scored three goals and presented three assists in nine games, in light of Liverpool’s continued adaptation to his new offensive squad that includes the German player Florian Vertz, who joined £ 116 million, and plays the role of the playmaker behind the attackers.

Haman pointed out that Salah’s progress (currently 33 years old) has begun to affect his level, especially after he found it difficult to register from open play in the second half of last season.

The former German star says in this regard: “As soon as you exceed the age of thirty, you have only a very few players who are able to register in the English Premier League. There is Lewandowski (with Barcelona in the Spanish League) and Harry Kane (with Bayern Munich in the German League), but they are outside England. As for the English Premier League, there is no longer someone like Salah (intended in the same age).”

He added: “Salah was a unique phenomenon, rarely injured, and achieved exceptional numbers. But everything begins to retreat sooner or later, and I think we saw this in some periods of last season.”

Haman explained in statements reported by “Liverpoolecho” that Salah this season did not find a greater ease of registration or even in creating opportunities, noting that the dynamics of the team changed.

In the past, Salah was the primary goal of every attack, but now Vertz or Issak may become the focus of attention, despite the disappointing start of Ferz with Liverpool.

Haman indicated that the arrival of Isac holds two sides:
“On the one hand, the lights and balls may take away Salah. On the other hand, it may give him larger spaces because the opponents will have to monitor senior players at the same time.”

But Haman concluded by saying: “My intuition tells me that Issak’s arrival will not improve Salah’s numbers.”
