This statement was made by Vladimir Zelensky during a joint press conference following negotiations with US President Donald Trump at the Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida.
Zelensky said that the parties discussed “all aspects of the peace agreement.” He also reported “significant achievements.”
“We have 90% agreed on the 20-point plan, we have also almost completely agreed on the security issue from a European point of view, military support has been 100% agreed upon,” Zelensky said.
He added that “the sequence of further steps” is currently being discussed.
Let us remind you that the negotiations between Trump and Zelensky at Mar-a-Lago took place on Sunday and lasted more than two hours. Prior to this, Trump had a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Trump previously warned that Ukraine may lose new territoriesif the deal is not concluded now.
