Influencer Danielle Bernstein will soon be adding a new sister-in-law to her family.
The controversial fashion designer and content creator, 33, celebrated her brother Alec Bernstein’s engagement to his fiancee Faryn Corey on January 24.

Story, the WeWoreWhat founder posted a loved up photo of her brother Alec, 31, hugging Corey, 30, at their engagement party at Little Sister Lounge in New York City.
Bernstein also commented on a carousel of images shared by Corey from the event, as she wrote in the comments section, ‘Gorgeous sissy!!!!!!’ along with six white heart emojis.
The engagement party came just three months after Bernstein’s own lavish engagement party to her fiance, real estate broker Cooper Weisman.
The festivities – held last October at Alder Manor in Yonkers, New York – went viral on social media for Bernstein’s two couture dresses, 200-person guest list and accusations of an allegedly plagiarized engagement speech, which Bernstein has denied.

Since then, however, internet sleuths have been speculating whether Bernstein’s upcoming wedding is still in the works, as followers have pointed out that Weisman has made very few appearances on Bernstein’s Instagram page since the engagement party.
As for Bernstein’s future sister-in-law, Corey’s own social media presence has caught the attention of Bernstein’s fans, most notably for her past ties to the media outlet Barstool Sports.

According to Reddit, Corey first went viral for her good looks on social media in 2017 after she was featured on the popular Instagram account Barstool Smokeshows while attending Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
She graduated from Northeastern that same year, per her

Corey went on to join TJX Companies, the manufacturer of discount stores T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, and HomeGoods, as a senior allocation analyst before becoming an account executive at e-commerce marketing platform Yotpo.
The social media model currently works as a senior account executive at Signal AI, an artificial intelligence-powered PR platform.
Her first post with Bernstein’s brother Alec, who is the vice president of private equity firm Brookside Capital Partners, was shared to Instagram in November 2023, as she showed off their vacation to the Palm Heights resort in the Cayman Islands.

Across Reddit, however, some users couldn’t help but speculate about Bernstein’s relationship with her future sister-in-law after pointing out the stark difference in their social media presence.
The fashion designer, who launched her style blog WeWoreWhat in 2010, has amassed over three million followers on Instagram, where she posts outfit inspiration, links to her online store and construction updates on her pricey Tribeca loft.
Bernstein, originally from Great Neck, Long Island, built an online empire after becoming one of the first influencers to monetize her social media content.
Since 2010, Bernstein’s WeWoreWhat blog has grown into an online clothing store and brand, selling wardrobe staples with prices from $29 to $495.
Between trips to the Amalfi coast and daily schedules filled with ab workouts and salmon-sperm facials, Bernstein certainly maintains the appearance of a luxurious, jet-setting life on social media.
For her viral engagement party, guests were also reportedly instructed to follow an ‘old money’ dress code to match the venue’s ‘European escape’ atmosphere.
