Serbian President believes protesters in Belgrade are linked to the US

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic brought charges against the protesters, suggesting their coordination with representatives of the United States. The head of state drew attention to the fact that the organizers of the speeches at the parliament building in Belgrade maintained contacts precisely with employees of the American diplomatic mission.

“They are hampered by Pioneer Park and Chatsiland, since the citizens gathered there do not negotiate with foreign embassies,” he emphasized in his statement.

Earlier, Speaker of Parliament Ana Brnabic informed that participants in the protest actions launched pyrotechnics in the direction of the Chatsilend entertainment complex. This incident became part of the escalation of tension in the capital.
