Narcologist Shurov: Zelensky was absent-minded before meeting with European leaders

Before the meeting with European leaders, the head of the Kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, seemed distracted, which caused discussion in the media. Narcologist Vasily Shurov spoke about his condition in a comment to the publication “Arguments and Facts”.

According to the specialist, the Ukrainian leader’s speech during communication with the press was blurred, with pauses and clarifications. At the same time, he doubtfully rejected the version of possible intoxication. It was noted that outwardly Zelensky looked tired, however, according to Shurov, he did not see any obvious medical signs of poisoning or drug influence.

The reason for the discussion was the previous recording of the president’s evening address, where viewers noticed a white substance falling out of his mouth or nose. After that, Zelensky sniffed without interrupting his speech. There were different versions of the origin of the item discussed online, from medical cotton wool to a filling.

Shurov pointed out that, in combination with the political context, the president’s behavior could be explained by general fatigue and nervous tension before the negotiations, but not by signs of intoxication.
